Gamma Radiation facility of three different capacities under one roof will consist a dedicated 3 MCi high dose plant to serve specifically medicines, medical and Surgical products, a medium dose plant for Cosmetics, Electrical products, Herbal Products and Ayurvedic medicines as well as a Low dose plant to serve food and other industry, thereby making it India’s biggest Gamma Radiation processing facility to serve every industry type with three separate Irradiation processing units in a total area of 15000 Square meter state of the art facility with huge material handling capacity, and processing capacity of upto 10,000 boxes / day after the complete set up.
Sterilization and disinfection through the use of Gamma rays is the most advanced contribution to health care and food industry, giving a full proof assurance with its high effectivity. Gamma rays have ability to break the covalent bonds of bacterial DNA thereby killing every type of bacteria present in the products and providing control over microbial contamination.
